Wi-Fi Connected But No Internet — What to Check
If a device connects to Wi-Fi but has no internet access, the problem can be with the router, ISP, DNS, device network settings or a temporary outage.
What you should know
First test another device on the same Wi-Fi. Restart the router if appropriate, check whether other sites work, and avoid changing advanced settings unless necessary. If every device is offline, contact the internet provider.
Safe download tips
- Use the official developer or publisher website.
- Read the installer name and operating-system requirements before installing.
- Keep Windows, Android and security software updated.
- Back up important files before major software or system changes.
